Acceptance of Global Service Terms

The AeroWeather platform is a professional-grade weather intelligence and visualization tool. Use of this service, including all associated dashboards, radar systems, and AI-driven insights, signifies your full agreement to these terms. If you do not agree with our operational guidelines or privacy philosophy, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service across all geographical zones.

The Probabilistic Nature of Meteorology

Meteorology is a science of probabilities, not certainties. While we utilize elite numerical models (ECMWF, GFS) and real-time telemetry from thousands of stations, all forecasts provided by AeroWeather should be used as one of several inputs for decision-making. We provide this data 'as-is' and do not provide life-safety critical specialized guidance for aviation, maritime, or high-risk industrial operations. Users are advised to cross-reference our intelligence with official government meteorological agency warnings during active severe weather events.

Operational Liability and Indemnity

Rick Das and the AeroWeather contributors are not liable for any physical, logistical, financial, or reputational damages resulting from the interpretation or use of our atmospheric data. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to weather-related travel delays, agricultural decisions, or property damage. Users are entirely responsible for exercising personal judgment and professional due diligence during extreme weather events. You agree to indemnify and hold AeroWeather harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the platform and its data outputs.

Intellectual Governance and Systems Protection

The architecture, visual systems, UX logic, and proprietary logic engines powering AeroWeather are the exclusive intellectual property of Rick Das. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, systematic data scraping via automated bots, or systematic replication of our platform's unique interface design is strictly prohibited. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Service Availability and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly in cases of systematic API abuse or attempts to disrupt our infrastructure. We are committed to maintaining a high-performance environment for all legitimate users and will take necessary steps to protect our system resources.
